Pacific Tycoon Is Ideal as a Low Risk, Long Term Investment

Pacific Tycoon reviews are all over the place on the internet. While some are pulling it down as a fraud enterprise, there are others who're praising the company for their excellent returns and ease of doing business with.

Shipping container investments have always been an investment option for wealthy investors. But ever since the markets crashed in 2008, they pulled out of the shipping industry so as to cover their losses in other sectors. Asset management companies like Pacific Tycoon had to eventually turn to small and medium investors for investments.

"We have an investor base of around 7,500 container owners who're paid their monthly guaranteed returns at a stipulated date. The income is tax free," says a spokesperson for Pacific Tycoon.

The Company has its headquarters in Hong Kong and operates within China which in unarguably the world's fastest growing economy. In fact, reports indicate that the Chinese government aims to push projects worth 1 trillion Yuan in the coming months. With so much demand of shipping containers, the business model can never fail.

"We operate by leasing shipping containers to traders and businesses who need to export or import their goods. As investors, you are paid out of the money that is obtained by leasing the containers. Operating from a vibrant economy ensures that the containers are always leased, thereby guaranteeing income at all times," adds the spokesperson.

Shipping Containers as Hard Asset Investments are a Wise and Sound Idea

Hard assets have always been a sound investment idea because they do not depend on fickle and inconsistent factors such as political stability, economic performance, etc. Shipping container investment is perhaps the most popular of the hard asset investments market.

Throughout the world, there's always something or the other that gets transported from location A to B. This demand is never ever likely to diminish. Investing in a shipping container is unlike the most popular forms of investments today, where high returns that can be made quickly are hoped for. "This is a slow, albeit guaranteed investment process," says a spokesperson for Pacific Tycoon, a shipping container investment and asset management company.

Investing is simple; the investor has to claim ownership on one of the many shipping containers with the investment company by paying the requisite amount. This container is now the investor's in every aspect. The intermediary investment company then leases it out to shipping industry under long term contracts. The containers are then rented to manufacturing companies waiting for containers to ship their products across the globe. The ROI is either through a 12% guaranteed lease or a rental agreement, whichever is the investor's choice.

"Investors who lease their containers to for at least two years can see their investment being recouped for the price that was initially paid. And if they were to lease for less than two years, we buy the container for market price," adds the spokesperson.
